Dear All,
The 4th International Erwinia Workshop (IEW) will take place on the weekend 2nd – 3rd July 2022 in the ‘Hotel Valle di Assisi’ (La Torre Conference room; www.vallediassisi.com) in Assisi, Italy immediately before the International Congress on Plant Pathogenic Bacteria.
We encourage attendance from all those working on any aspect of the biology and control of Erwinia, Pectobacterium, Dickeya, Pantoea and related plant pathogens (including animal and human enteric pathogens on plants) and hope to see lots of students and early stage scientists at the workshop.
Previous workshops in Dundee (2006), La Reunion (2010) and Shanghai (2014) have been a great success and we wish to continue to bring this important community together to exchange ideas and build collaborations.
The cost of attending the IEW will be 150€/person and will include coffee/tea breaks, lunch on both days, dinner on Saturday night in Assisi, a printed abstract book and transportation to hotels for delegates landing at the San Francesco/Assisi airport or Assisi railway station.
Further details of the workshop, including abstract submission, will follow shortly.
